We cater for the whole family offering all facets of Podiatry services from general treatment of nails and callous to comprehensive biomechanical and functional assessments associated with musculoskeletal pain or injury. We have a specific passion for children’s podiatry and sports related podiatric conditions. Technology

At Sure Step Podiatry we have realised the potential of utilising the most up to date equipment and techniques to provide the highest quality of care.

We pride ourselves as being the only clinic between Brisbane and Sydney to own the Zebris. This is a state-of-the-art treadmill that records foot pressures as you walk and run on it, as well as utilising cameras to provide detailed gait analysis. In addition to the Zebris we have the latest scanning technology to assist with orthotic and insole prescription. At Sure Step Podiatry we pride ourselves on providing the most comprehensive vascular and neurological assessments on our patients with chronic disease. For this we have the latest dopplers and sensory neural assessment tools.

Got a severely ingrown big toenail treated.All staff were fantastic and made my wife who was quite anxious feel comfortable and relaxed.Anna was quick and gentle as she could be. Couldn't recommend this team more. I'd give 6/5 Stars if I could.

Amazing: 5/5.I rarely write reviews, so taking the time to do so is already an extraordinary step for me...The team here are lovely and I highly recommend it, don't put off your foot issues like I did! I am being treated by Isabella who is not only great at her job, but also a wonderful conversationalist. Everyone in the staff that I have interacted with have been fantastic though.-Anton

Definitely recommend! All the staff are super lovely. Had my first ingrown toe fixed by Isabella and I would definitely come back, if I ever need too. She was super polite and always happy to have a chat.

Highly recommend this modern practice.I had a partial Nail Avulsion done by Isabella, as i kept getting a corn where the nail was digging into my skin. It was so efficient, painless and healed in no time. It is a perfect permanent solution to any such problems or ingrown toenails, all done under local anaesthetic. And the new toe nail looks just the same but a bit smaller.Fabulous.

My wife Sherrill and me have received great benefits from Anna at Sure Step Podiatry since 2013. Anna has applied her considerable diagnostic and treatment skills to our complicated feet with great success. We see Anna at Sure Step on a 5 weekly basis and the treatments we receive on those appointments literally keeps us on our feet. Its something we look forward to .

Anna, Karin and Brigid are all lovely. They spend the time to listen and address any concerns. They will give you the most accurate factual information and also have access to new diagnostic equipment making your visit more pleasant and comfortable with out having to refer you to another service. They accommodate late afternoon appointments for those after school or work appointments and emergency appointments for those in pain or at an extreme health risk. You are able to see Anna, Karin or Brigid at 3 locations on the Mid North Coast. Coffs Harbour, Nambucca and Woolgoolga. Each location is easily accessible with free parking. Hicaps is also available saving you the headache of claiming from your healthfund. 🤗 5 stars from me.

Parking is easily accessible and very close to town anyway. The rooms were nice and fresh, the staff there are lovely and caring. They gave me a very thorough assessment. I would highly recommend them.
